EXPLORE NEW OPPORTUNITIES WITH US
Relocating sight unseen to another country can be intimidating. The Explore program removes barriers and allows both nurses and hospitals to explore if it is the right fit. The Explore program also reduces the significant delays typical of international relocation. Our hands-on support provides a secure, positive, and comfortable transition experience for nurses relocating from Canada to the US.

We want both parties to be happy and the nurse to love their new job and city. With EXPLORE, if for some reason a party is not satisfied after 3 months, they can opt to end the employment.
BENEFITS HOSPITAL
  • Hospital is guaranteed 20 staff RNs.
  • Hospital is guaranteed nurses will work a minimum of 3 months.
  • Nurses are hired as employees and paid at hospital pay rate.
  • Hospital has the option to not extend employment after the initial trial period.
  • If the nurse is not retained at the end of 3 months, the hospital is guaranteed to have paid less than the premium rate for a travel nurse.
  • NurseMatch engagement provides hospital with an excellent way to evaluate and make a determination of nurse fit as a permanent employee.
BENEFITS NURSE
  • Asking international nurses to join your organization after a few interviews can be tough, especially if they really haven't had a chance to evaluate your organization from the inside. This program will provide confidence in their decision making.
  • Remove barriers that can sometimes derail relocation.
  • During the trial period, nurse will have time to become familiar with the community and secure long-term housing.
  • After sucessful employment, the nurse in eligible for the hospital to file for sponsorship via Green Card where performance is determined to be acceptable.
PROGRAM FEATURES
  • NurseMatch will prescreen, interview and select nurses that meet experience and specialty criteria directed by the hospital.
  • Nurses presented will be interested in full-time permanent employment.
  • NurseMatch will ensure the nurse has the required documents, certifications and is eligible for state licensure.
  • NurseMatch will monitor nurse and hospital satisfaction during the trial period and communicate with both parties on a regular basis.
  • NurseMatch will provide professional legal support with acquiring TN Visa.

  • Transition from entry-level, advanced beginner nurse to competent professional nurse.
